Extended Hours

The practice offers extended opening on Mondays. These appointments are pre-booked and are for the benefit of those working outside the area who find it difficult to reach the practice during normal working hours.

Please attend your appointments on time. If you cannot keep an appointment please telephone as early as possible to cancel so that it can be offered to someone else who needs it.

When We Are Closed

The Out of Hours service, i.e. evenings and weekends, is provided by NHS 111 and can be accessed by telephoning 111. This is commissioned by Waltham Forest PCT

This service is for urgent medical problems arising out of normal surgery hours and for emergency consultation only.

Please think before you call. Please help the doctors and other patients by being considerate.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
