Patient Reference Group (PRG)

Would you like to help us improve our practice services? If so please consider joining our Patient Reference Group…

The PRG is a valuable group consisting of patient representatives and practice staff who meet to discuss patients' views, concerns and ways of improving the services and facilities offered at the Grove Medical Centre.

The aims of the group are:

  • To improve communication and understanding between the practice and patients.
  • To improve the quality of services offered to the patients.
  • To help shape the future policies and direction of the practice.

The PRG will meet twice a year. Any patient who is interested in attending is welcome. You may attend as an observer or as an active participant. PRG members can communicate with the practice, via e-mail, all-year round.

Its aim is to contribute to The Grove Medical Centre decision-making and consult on service development and provision either by online virtual discussion or at physical meetings, whichever are appropriate and with particular reference to the Patient Survey Results.

Your point of view is essential and will enable us to enhance your experience when you come to the practice.

Patient comments will be reviewed and information regarding any changes or developments will be displayed on our website and throughout the practice.

If you would like to join the reference group or would like additional information please contact the practice by phone (0844 445 2221), or ask at reception.

Please Note: The reference group is not a forum for individual complaints, please contact the Practice in the normal way if you wish to register a complaint.
